If the size issue is caused by our error, we’ll replace your item for free. But if the mistake is based on the measurements you submitted, you can still request an exchange by paying a $25 shipping charge.

Custom orders are typically delivered within 12 to 17 days, depending on fabric availability, order details, and where you live. If you need them sooner, you can use our express option for $25. That way, your pants are made in 2 days and delivered in about 7–9 days.

Use cold water and a gentle washing cycle, or dry clean them for the best care. Don’t use bleach. Let them air dry naturally. For storing, hang them in a dry, cool place to keep them wrinkle-free and well-shaped.

Refunds are only available if your order arrives defective or damaged. If so, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item to request a full refund. After 5 days, refunds are not available, but you may still ask for a replacement. No returns or refunds are allowed after 30 days. Be sure to include your purchase proof and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.
