Refunds are given only for items that arrive damaged or with a defect. If that’s the case, contact us within 5 days of getting your order to request a refund. After 5 days, only replacements are offered. After 30 days, no refund or replacement can be processed. Please include proof of purchase and clear photos when making a claim.
